Ingebrigtsen Family Update

The eldest Ingebrigtsen son has gone public to Norway's largest newspaper Aftenposten with some of the details of the alleged abuse Gjert inflicted on his children. Even though the statute of limitations has passed on many of the alleged crimes, Kristoffer wants the world to know what happened as he feels like Gjert has been "allowed to set the terms" of their separation. According to multiple sources, Diamond League CEO Petr Stastny announced today at the technical meeting for the Weltklasse Zurich meet that Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone will not be allowed to compete in the two Diamond League finals next week as she's not eligible since she didn't compete in any regular season DL meets. Meet organizers are contemplating having her run in the pre-program presumably against less-than-stellar competition.
