Three kilos @ 2:27.5 each = 7:22.5.
If anyone in the race can reach 2k in 4:55 then keep that pace on his own through the next 600 meters, a last-lap kick can get him close to the WR . . . or slightly better.
So, don't know why the website states 7:28 as the Target time. Maybe a data entry error.

Green lights are 2'27''5/4'55/7'20''65 (so last km in 2'25''65). Seems perfect
