LRC Day 4 Tokyo Track Podcast Recap and Video Show: Sifan Hassan Gets Gold #1, Kenyan Steeple Streak Ends, DSD Comes to 200

HS junior Knighton broke the world U20 record again (19.84) as Noah Lyles won the 200 in 19.74. Harrison PR'd in the long jump (8.47 meters) after clearing 2.33m to win the high jump.
