The LetsRun.com crew was breaking down an incredible day of sprint and field action that saw four #2 all-time performers (Grant Holloway, Gabby Thomas, Rai Benjamin and DeAnna Price) and whether a 17 year old high schooler Erriyon Knighton could beat Noah Lyles, when the Greatest American Female Distance Runner of All-Time, Deena Kastor, sent a tweet to the show saying she wanted to hear us talk about the women's 10,000m.
Next thing we knew Deena Kastor was live on the show @ 31:15 sharing her thoughts on Emily Sisson breaking Kastor's Olympic Trials record. Then we turned to talking with Deena about Shelby Houlihan testing positive, her thoughts on the Trials in general, and the resurgence of of Sara Hall.
At 53:55 we turned to previewing the final day of distance action including Athing Mu vs Ajee Wilson and Raevyn Rogers and Matthew Centrowitz vs Cole Hocker.
