If there were nails on the ceiling, what would you think, huh?
What if we had no gravity...
What would you do if we could live here or on the moon?
Wow, This is like talking to my 4 year old nephew.
What a question

Yeah....Providence's top 3 just ran 15:40, 15:41, and 15:42. You can throw the high schoolers in that race and I don't think they would've hung on. Even if the high schoolers go 4-8 from there, Providence wins.
Cain ran 15:45 in a low-key effort last June and is probably even stronger now. With her kick I would actually give her the nod overall. Efraimson is certainly sub-16, and Cranny/Baxter 16:00-16:10 at least. If Efraimson breaks up the PC pack, it comes down to the fifth runner. Hypothetical of course but in a large field not impossible. Like I said above, never before has this scenario even been considered as possible.
Move it down to a scored two-mile race to even the odds and I think that the HS girls get the nod, with three proven kickers.

In a dual meet yes, in a championship not necessarily.

Maybe we can do this once the 5000 replaces the 3200 for HS Girl's track.
My one final point: at least three of the five girls (not sure about O'Keefe/Morley) are primarily milers for their best event. Try winning NCAAs as a collegiate team with that stipulation!
How about throwing Alana Hadley in the high school girls team?
I could suggest a couple candidate teams (not compilations from various teams).
Tokyokawa high school from Aichi, Japan has a girls squad which won their national high school ekiden championships. Their line up looks like this (2013 track times, girls in Japan rarely compete 5k)
12 Kanon Sekine 9:06.97
11 Azusa Washimi 9:07.11
12 Nanako Kajiya 9:09.12
11 Yuka Hori 9:11.02
12 Kanae Kamizono 9:23.81
11 Hinano Yamada 9:29.34
12 Yurika Kubo 9:30.19
12 Mana Sakai 9:34.68
? Yu Imai 9:38.86
11 Misa Sakakihara 9:41.11
Gakuin Dai-Fuzoku High School of Yamanashi, Japan, the sixth place team at the HS ekiden championships in December, has put their girls in 5000m track races, and their 2013 5000m profile looks like this (top 5 spread 0:24)
? Satoru Saito 15:42.16
11 Miyu Hatakeyama 15:44.79
12 Ai Aoba 15:53.34
11 Mako Sakaguchi 15:58.28
11 Mai Takahashi 16:05.89
10 Yumika Miura 16:28.0
11 Risa Gouno 17:37.42
(11 and 12 = junior and senior in high school)
What do you think their chances would be in NCAA D1?
