Coach Dave Smith: “You always feel like you kinda let the guys down when we don’t win, like maybe we should have done something different, or tweaked this or tweaked that. But when you look at it and you got beat by 80 points, there would have to be a major change to make that different.”

He also says Al Sal gave the team a pep talk. “Before we traveled to Indiana, (Alberto) Salazar came over and talked to us. I was like, ‘OK, if this big guy comes here today and talks about something, I've got to listen to what he is talking about."

Scotsman:

O'Hare finished 50th and said, “That was bad today – us milers didn’t appreciate the conditions."
