She would've been signed at some point by a big name like Adidas or New Balance. I think the nepotism works the other way around, in that On got the inside track.
I have as well, there isn't a single aspect of nepotism in my life. I'm in my early 40s and got where I am on my own. My parents taught me work ethic, being financially smart and to be a kind human.
If I was in Addy's shoes, I would definitely sign the NIL deal. I think it would be silly not too. Isn't a part of success maximizing your opportunities in life?

Well, she does already have an NXN title and a 9:52 already, so it's not as if she isn't among the best in high school and with the bloodlines, altitude, and coaching, the improvement is likely to continue for a long time.
