Defending Champion Kennedy Kithuka of Texas Tech pulled away after 5k and appeared on his way to victory but Oregon freshman Edward Cheserek battled back for the victory.

Mark Wetmore’s Colorado squad edged Eric Hein’s Northern Arizona squad for the team title.

Much more LRC coverage coming.
