Desisa guarantees victory and comes 3rd
I'm from the town that borders Marlbehead where Shalane grew up, father is from Marblehead and have lots of family in town, to see Shalane go from her high school running days to now is amazing. She is so talented and mentally tough, couldn't be happier for her!!

Terrible. On a par with Paula's narcissism.
Is she waiting for someone to say "Your record is still here!"? Pathetic.
Classy Kipchoge there to congratulate GK. Abdi in 4th.
Kipchoge happier for Kam than I've ever seen for his own win. I love that man.
Meb's going to break 3 hours! Jk. Great running for a 42yr old.

What's great is Shalane can now pick up some great appearance bank for the next year if she wants.
Damn. Meb collapses at the finish line.
A respectable Sub 2:16 time for him.
