Grant Fisher Runs 12:51 5K, UW Leads 3 Teams Under NCAA DMR Record at Boston University

Fisher missed the American record by .23 just five days after running an 8:03.62 AR in the 2-mile at Millrose. The UW, Providence, & BYU women all ran super fast DMRs. *UW breaks American record in DMR at Arkansas (9:18.81) The fastest anchor split actually went to UVA's Gary Martin who ran 3:51.

Jager reveals that some Achilles issues "really, really delayed my training a lot more than I was hoping for" but he's feeling good now and when pressed admits he considers himself to be the favorite for the US trials.
