For Stanford, I would switch Lucy jenks from the 1200 to the 1600 leg, and Juliette Whitaker from 1600 to the 1200.

For BYU, why isn’t Carmen alder on the 1600 leg? Sadie Sargent is a 3k/5k runner.

For Washington, Sophia O’sullivan Should be on the 1200 (like when they set the CR) or 1600. Without her they won’t break 10:50.

Disregard my comment about BYU because Carmen alder is also running the mile.

I'm surprised that BU and Arkansas have been able to put JDL Fasttrack out of business. BU is fast and Arkansas has a great atmosphere, but nothing beats an 8 second conversion.

Yeah it looks like there is no JDL dmr invite this year - just the last chance invite. Looks like NC state women are running the 5k there, for qualifiers.

Sad, even acc schools aren’t running at jdl, duke is running at BU for example. Sec schools are going to Ark qualifier so JDL caught in the middle.
