He will go very low, but when he hurdles the barriers he'll go moderately high.

He might go sub 20.

There's no reason he couldn't break the Amwrican 5k record if the pace was set fast enough. I doubt it will be.

Breaking? This was discussed here about 3 days ago on a thread. Get with the program. Sheesh.

His Olympic run indicates he is capable of running under 13:00 and under 8:00. Whether or not he does will depend on the races and how he's feeling on those days. It really would be great to see him do both, however.

A 'controlled' 5K to maintain fitness and edge, doesn't go with the leaders - say 13:08 (could be a bit slower or faster). Goes for broke on the SC, last race of the season, breaks 8 minutes comfortably 7:56. Gives the finger to 'the stumble' in Paris last year.
