Being sanctioned in the past means she is now tested more than her peers. Give her break. If she cheats again she's out for life.

#3 Did you know you can search for athletes and their number of tests? Oh, yes!! Good news!! I can't find a Hunter-Galvan, or a Hunter, or a Galvan for 2014 selecting "Track and Field" as the sport. Give it a go!
