Cranny leaving Team Boss

It did look like Cranny was not part of the big wedding party. Was she invited to the wedding? Could be some hurt feelings going on.

Switching coaching situations twice during an Olympic year is not a recipe for success.

She needs to find some consistency.

Emily Infeld is a shadow of herself after jumping ship

Team Boss is incredibly dysfunctional but they clean up nice and look like they are enjoying each other on social media.
When I first arrived I was shocked at how loosey goosey things were run. Zero expectations for workouts.

Infeld made the 5k team after leaving BTC and joining Jon Green's group and then writing her own workouts.

Infeld is just getting older, and I'm sure Team Boss isn't customizing anything to her strengths.

Cranny should leave Nike and join OAC. Her and Monson would make great training partners. Elise seems very nice and kind and would fit in with Ritzenheins midwest roots and personality

Don't know much about Joe's coaching style/personality. Does he have a one size fits all program like Jerry but more Wetmore influenced I presume.

How do you know she left, let alone got bullied by Cory McGee into leaving? Not trying to be confrontational, just genuinely curious as I've seen murmurs about this on the board.

Sounds like all the women on the OAC team

No one in this group is making an Olympic team (maybe Emma) be and they will see a mass exodus of athletes after the OT's and it will be RIP Team Boss.
