He's a sub 2:05 guy so I'll go with he knows what he's doing better than Internet trolls.
What would we say if that was Kipchoge out front? I guess his training has gone well…going for the wr in NY….🤣🤣
Don’t joke. Within 10 years, the race coverage will be 45% non-binary/gender dysphoric, 45% wheelchair, 5% former Bachelor/Bachorelette contestants; 5% elite.
1:30 lead at only 10k!
Flanagan isn't racing. She is out jogging the course in front of the leaders.
if so, keep an eye on Roberta Groner - she finished 6th at Doha in stupid hot temps.
now she is 2 minutes behind the lead pack, on 2:30 pace. Probably too slow but who knows.
We have our first mention on "MOMS"! Who had race time 58:00 in the poll?
54:51 @ 10 miles for the women.
Commentator just said he wouldn't take any hydration in a marathon, because "there is just no room with the diaphragm."

Do Nascimento just went 4:37 for his 5th mile. 23:09 through 5 miles, which is 2:01:23 pace. This is just stupidly fast. Will he even finish the race?

Packs starting to form Women's at 15k. Linden, Flanagan, and D'Amato in it. Bates and Durgin etc maybe going back.
From TV at Mile 10 front pack is about 12, trailing runners spread out 50+ Yards back.
Poor Chavez. At 2 or 3 miles, Jon Anderson basically told him the announcers were going to ignore him until the men's race got more interesting, and they've basically kept to that. Just came back.
Very very surprised to see Bates already unattached. Would like to think it’s smart racing but…not so sure
dropped a 4:17 mile,,, he's gonna die fr

There is another Flanagan, Lindsay in the pro race. Shalane is running as well
Daniel is averaging 4:37 pace! He now has 90secs on the field!
COULD BE A VERY BIG DAY FOR ADIDAS!
Keira D'amato almost looks like it's too slow for her. Looks kind of clunky

She races very smart. She may be having the bad day, but I give her the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.
