Track is illegal.
Which is kinda hilarious.
Illegal track and the finest dope and the Kenyans still can't get close to el G's time.
"Baby Brother" Manangoi dodged Jakob today. Wise choice, he would have been royally destroyed.

Dang! What's happening with Praught-Leer? 9:25.48? Wondering if she's been injured or if she's never going to be close as good as Coburn.
Time for 800m WR!!! GO FOR IT CASTER!!!!!!!!

you guys realize that Jakob went from 3:36.06 to 3:31.18 in a single race?
Damn. Youth is amazing.
Kenyan runs unreal Steeple WR and called dirty.
White kid runs unreal 1500 (would make him the 7th fastest AMERICAN EVER at 1500 for prospective) at age 17 and we say "youth is amazing"
Show us the Norwegian equivalent to Canova, Hermans, Rosa...
Show us the Norwegian positive EPO tests.
I'll be waiting.
Imagine if we get a WR in the women's 800 and a men's WR in the steeple or at least a sub8 for Jager. This meet will officially have jumped the shark.

These brothers have sketchy Italian coaches and agents?
No?
Shut it down, soyboy.
Not a soyboy (I had to look it up), but even if I was it would be better than judging athletes based on their race/ethnicity.
Family championship for Ingebrigtsen
3:30.01 Filip
3:31.18 Jakob
3:31.46 Henrik

Being to think steeple might not be her event if she wants to progress/improve. Seems not be able to make any time improvement in this event but has had more success in other distances.

It's not a farce. The WR is soft.
They need to raise the barrier heights.
Remember, flat 3000m for Men WR is 7:20, record is 7:53
Women's flat 3000m is 8:06, record is 8:44
You tell me which is soft.
Post of the night. Great point.
Why do they keep letting this Russki run the high hurdles?

Not hollow, I assure. I’m relishing every bit. Beatrice was favourite to win the worlds last year before missing that water jump and falling TWICE. She’s worked on her speed running fast 1500s and flat 3ks this year all which this site ignored. She front ran a sub-9 in Paris yet people here were still saying Emma was favourite to break the world record.
I get you’re upset every time Americans get close, Kenyans get better. Frustrating, I know.
I'm not American. Enjoy the EPO positives.
Nope. We’ll enjoy our girls finally hitting their potential after so many years lagging behind the men. Last year, someone here said the women’s steeple WR should be 8:48. Beatrice Chepkoech proved him right.

Is the Bowerman TC doing some of the same things as the NOP? Think about it: Frerichs, Houlihan and others are having dramatic improvements in the last couple of years. Is it training or something else. The times across the world this year are somewhat suspect that something new has arrived in the PED world.

I don't think that phrase means what you think it does...
Do we really have 6 clear at 2.37 in the high jump?! A shame Barshim got hurt as he would likely have broken the WR this meet.
Beatrice, by the way is now the first Kenyan woman to hold a world record on the track. Glorious!
Officially, Taylor with the win in the TJ going 17.86m, 2nd for Pichardo in 17.67m.

38 second difference for women

I'd says that's very close and no on raising the barrier heights.

she trains with Coburn, so maybe there's something they aren't doing right in training? Coburn got beat today and we all thought she'd run faster.
bosshard training issues?
