Q&A: Courtney Frerichs Opens Up About Her Exit from Bowerman TC & New Start Under Alistair & Amy Cragg
Frerichs said it was difficult to adjust to BTC's move to Eugene and is hoping for more input in her training and more time at altitude now that she is being coached by the Craggs. She also says she's finally healthy and has been hitting times in workouts she has not seen since 2021.

Women's Steeple: Emma Coburn, Courtney Frerichs Go 1-2 as Val Constien & Leah Falland Show the Beauty & Agony of the Olympic Trials
Coburn won her 7th straight US title as she and Frerichs went 1-2 for the fifth straight year. Falland was in third with two laps to go and fell, and though she was third again at the bell, Constien -- who works a full-time job -- was too strong over the last lap.

PTF Day 1: Osako Beats Rupp, Ferlic Beats McGorty, Frerichs Rules the Steeple
Suguru Osako destroyed Galen Rupp over the final 400 of the 10,000 and then became a legend by running the B heat of the 10,000 immediately afterward. In the steeples, Courtney Frerichs looked great in her second steeple of the year while Sean McGorty did not take a step forward.

For the 1st time in US history, three sub-14:50 women will race each other as Shelby Houlihan, Shannon Rowbury, and Molly Huddle are all racing as are World Championship medalists Courtney Frerichs and Amy Cragg, plus the most recent NCAA XC champ to turn pro in Karissa Schweizer, a 2016 Olympian in Marielle Hall and MUCH MORE.
