I’m 57 and have often been told I’m low 40’s.
Although I’m sneaking in the over 60 line at the grocery stores now during the virus situation so I don’t have to wait in line.

Hahaaa. You old turds are in denial.
Who told you that you look young?
Your mom? Hahaaa. And stop that goddamn shuffle crap you guys do when you try to run. That hard to lift your legs up?
Lagat is so close to running the old man 45 year old sub 4 mile, he'll need his reading glasses to see it.
I can beat you over 10km or half marathon so STFU.

No, you really can’t. And you look your age or older to anyone who is under 50. Just relax and accept it, old man. It’s embarrassing to not just accept your age.
In the running world 40 is old.
In the real world 50 is old.
62...don't care what I look like, but the age comes as a surprise to everyone I meet. Most thought I would have been way younger. I think that is just an aspect of being 'in shape' and not 'wrinkly'
Don't care what you run, so long as I can still go sub 20 in 5km, and give sub 3 another shake.
Wonder how some of these slow millennials will look in 40 yrs

Ha ha, good spot...
What I want to know is what happened to pegging? That seems to have died a death on this site.
This woman is 48, and she looks 24.

This.
Although I was surprised to hear that Dr. Fauci is 79.
I keep hearing about how covid-19 is killing young people...those 65 and under. So there is a generous definition for you.
You ain’t a spring chicken anymore. Let’s put it mildly: in 3 years you’ll be half a century, no matter how young you claim to look.
One thing is for sure: you are unsecured as hell.

Im gonna quote what I wrote to the OP with a much needed modification.
“You ain’t a spring chicken anymore. Let’s put it mildly: you are 7 years past half a century, no matter how young you claim to look.
One thing is for sure: you are unsecured as hell. ”

So not only you are insecure, you are also immature. Priceless!

Hmmm, I've come across many individuals that appear to be many years younger than what they are. Didn't matter if I was 16 or if I was 36, and didn't matter if the person being observed was 30 or 80. When I was 27, I remember being approached by someone in a tank top and remember thinking that was some crazy in shape mid-20s guy. As he approached within 15 feet I could see there is no way he could be mid-20s but maybe a guy that is around 40. I remember thinking how lucky he is to look like that and be in that kind of shape for 40 or so. After talking to him for a few minutes, I learn that he is...62! Well, that was a big impact, and I have thought about that for the past decade and hope to at least be in his shape at that age if not just to have that overall youthful look.
Now, for your insult to the poster, I have come across many guys with your attitude to age and older folks. Being very sensitive about someone commenting on how someone looks 10-20 years younger than they are. Just exploding sometimes. A common theme among these people is that they are themselves extremely insecure, and what makes matters worse is that they typically look older for their age than what they already are. If they hear that some 45 year old guy looks 10 years younger and that this 25 year old listening to this looks 10 years older(in a way meaning that they are the same age), then they just can't handle that. They will always hate themselves and be extremely intolerant of people who have genetic advantages and/or take good care of themselves.

50 ain't old. 80 is old.
Old is not an age! Old is a feeling!
When I was a child, I considered every grown-up as "old". As a teenager, I considered everyone over the age of 30 old. Now, I am in my late 20s and I'd say people 45+ are kind of old, and people 65+ are basically ancient. But I guess my definition of "old" will change as I get older myself.
I just hope I'll never be one of these "I am XX-years-young"-people, because that is just a dumb thing to say.
