Probably China would. I would not be a bit surprised if they have far more than a million people per year who enter illegally.
China likes having the cheap labor. They probably hire illegal aliens in far greater numbers then we do.
So no, 300,000 people entering the US illegally is not a crisis. It's been going on for decades. It's a problem, but it's not a crisis by any stretch.
Have you ever been to China? They have a population of close to 1.5 billion. Many are peasants who have little means of earning a decent living. You really think they need cheap labor from immigrants?
