Imagine how accurate a prediction you could have come up with if you decided to just run a 400 instead of 2x300.
Just did the exact same workout 2x300 w/ 7min in between
friend timed me: 36.58/38.1
400PB - 55.82
100PB - 10.98
Yes. It's kind of funny that he listed his times down to the hundredths.

That is a tough workout with only 4 minutes rest, and a much better preparation and predictor.

My excuse is that I started out too conservatively. Was able to do a 25.9 200m a couple minutes later. The good thing is that I was very relaxed. I think the hill sprints are helping my form.
Plus at least 1s for self timing. 54s just like I said.
