Beyond that, there was a public story and a detailed rebuttal. I am not clear on how the rebuttal was ever addressed and I don't put much stock into the vague accusations that have followed. At this point it's down to USADA's
Investigation.
The Salazar rebuttal is hog-spit. It was prepared by a public relations firms that specializes in tweaking public opinion. Salazar did not write most of it.
Retractions are made everywhere in the rebuttal. Those are the sign of an attorney at play. Documents that might be damaging to Salazar's case were deep-sixed by the PR firm and their attorneys.
Don't put all of your faith in such a heavily manipulated document.
There is a huge amount of money at stake for Salazar, Farah, Rupp and other NOP members. They will spend whatever it takes to try to put the heat out.
