Another ten meters and everyone would have caught her down the stretch.

Who?
Yeah, well she did all the work for the first 1400m of a 1500m race, that's not very easy

No, she didn't. She led for maybe 500 meters, perhaps slightly more. The rest of the race she was either following the rabit or getting outkicked. If anything Simpson did more leading since she led the chase pack to finally catch up with Rowbury at 900 meters.
The phrase is "pretty much over" not "pretty much say". You're welcome.
Now go apologies to any teachers you have had since you can pretty much say your writing days are pretty much over.
She had an excellent indoor season. Last summer she ran under 4:00 twice in the 1500 and ran 14:40whatever for 5000 meters. This is a stupid thread.
Didn't the announcers state Salazar felt Rowbury might be tired from the recent high altitude camp? Give the women a moment to regather herself. I'd bet she'll be fine come USA's. She won't beat Simpson, but she'll do fine.
Honey, that would be apologize, not apologies. xxx your teacher

-Bro, you need to check your own work prior to being critical of someone else. You did not spell "apologize/apologise" correctly, and your sentence structure is pure trash.
Her arm swing is way too high, therefore wasting too much needed energy

I've been on the road the last few weeks. Did Shannon retire like the OP wanted? What's Shannon been up to lately? Anyone know?

This guy is clearly an expert.
Great bump, Rojo.

At the Diamond League in Monaco on Friday, it was pretty much the same old, same old. She did her usual: hang off Jenny's shoulder until the top of the homestretch and then try to outkick her in the last 100.
She ended up third, six seconds back.
Do you think she is embarrassed that her PB is so slow? After all it is 6.22 seconds longer than the WR.

How many more idiotic posts are you capable of?

Ok, what are you getting at? Are you catching Wejo's sarcasm in this bump, as your name possibly suggests, or are you hitting reply and making an unclever handle for yourself that does not relate to the garbage summary you spew from your lips that ends in a jab at Shannon for finishing 6 seconds behind a freaking WR while running the fastest time an American has even run? Not to mention you answered Weldon's question as if the co-founded if this site wasn't aware what happened.
I come here for the information, I stay for the stupidity.
he was joking
Recent signs indicate Simpson's career could be over,T & F fans have asked Rowbury to takeover the US women's leader spot in the 1500m.

But he said he wasn't aware of what was going on. That was the conceit behind his joke -- he pretended he'd been out of touch so he could ask what was going on with Shannon Rowbury.
My post was in the spirit of his post. I pretended to take him seriously, and wrote an answer filling him on what Rowbury had been up to. I described her race accurately while failing to mention what she accomplished. I wrote it that way to mock all of the people here who've belittled Rowbury's accomplishment.
I guess your failure to get the joke shows just how hard it is to convey sarcasm on line. My bad!
Would it have been better if I'd stuck in some hashtags stating my intentions? Like this: #sarcasm #justkidding #mockingstupidpeopleonLRC
I would say that Shannon Rowbury is the new American Record holder at 1500m
A 32 year old record now belongs to Shannon
That's pretty cool sturff
