Who do you WANT to see win Footlocker?

I want to see that kid from the South Region storm past everyone. Andrew Hunter from Virginia, I think. He looked solid. Undefeated in 2014.

They won't win, but I want to see Stuart McNutt and Hannah Long win!!

Not in this case. The OP used it correctly. "Who" is the subject of a dependent clause.

To answer my own question, since I'm from CT, I'd love to see Debalsi and Ostberg win. On the other hand, it would make for a really great comeback story if Mantz and Rohrer won.
