Mileage: ~85 mpw from April '13 - April '14, but 55-60 for the last month and a half
Basic Speed: 56.8 400m after an easy 8 a couple weeks ago
Recent Workouts: Not much. 1) 2x4 miles of hills 22:57/22:31, 2) HM tempo - a very controlled 1:16:47 on a slow, turn-filled course, 10xMile alternating between 5:25/5:55, 12 x 400 at 70.4 with 1:40-1:45 400m jog rest (I know, I know - way too much rest, blah blah blah)
So… any shot at sub-16:00?
