You got the answer. You don´t see no contradiction.
But i try once again, might that that it happens some light in your mind and some of you. When it´s said that "you have to consider everything" that means that for the same issue ther´s many choices, many alternatives. For instance, if one thing that we have to consider is mileage, there many options. So far so good. But the same individual - Lydiard - l that says "you have to consider everything" is the same individual that about the mileage volume you have just one choice, one single alternative to be successful "you must do my 100miles marathon build-up block". There what "You have to consider everything “ but you "must dio my 10miles marathon build-up block".
here ther´s no consideration for everything, you need to JUST consider Lydiard choice.
Another example. Lydiard refused ALWAYS the interest of doing intervals during the buld-up aerobic block of training. ALWAYS. Mr. Nobby a well respected Lydiard representative when asked by HRE about the interest fo include some intervals to enhance the aerobic condition wrote on this LetsRun.com board "that might be interesting or don´t but it´s not Lydiard training really" Just go back and search to check that i´m right and that Mr. Nobby said that Lydiard refused TO CONSIDER the interval training of some interest during the build-up aerobic block.
Recently, Mr. HRE in his own usual attempt to save lydfiard training as one inclusive training, that is not really, because Lydiard is just one of the highest discriminatory and very specific trainings with precise training norms, tried to pass the same tricky idea that ther´s one public Lydiard and one private Lydiard, that Lydiard from the books and documents is the Lydiard that publicly refuses intervals during the biuld up aerobic block, but ther´s a kind of other different PRIVATE Lydiard that accepts intervals and that build different schedules and some other different training. What an excuse by HRE. However i don´t have means to confirm or deny weather Lydiard private is one or Lydiard private is another.
But if that´s true what HRE tell us that "Lydiard says" be by training strategy whatever, i want to say what is the classification of someone that says different things in public that he says in private. the name of that disease is schizophrenia.
Recently, some Lydiardism folks, like a few ones on this same thread want to pass the INCLUSIVE idea that Lydiard training does accept intrevals during the aerobic block of training. As i proved above it´s not true. That folk people strategy is to move from the exclusive Lydiard to the incluseve Lydiard, the "modern" revisionist Lydiard that is out of is original character that can have some of the Lydiard with a little of Salazar and some of Jack Daniels, and some of Jim Ryan. What a silly and ignorant underatsnd of training methodology.
it´s just the same. Early on they were affirmatives "no, aerobic first, aerobic just, Lydiard training doesn´t include intervals during the aerobic build-up block".
Later, when ther´s no way they can justify that Lydiard inefficient aerobic block related to the training that includes intervals during that introductory phase, they move to another strategy, they change the speech "yes Lydiard training might include intervals during the aerobic block, he said that in private, Lydiard said...". the name of that game behaviour of opinion is hypocrisy.
But continuing. “You have to consider everything", that means that the consideration about intervals during the aerobic block is such that he might do or don´t. But the same Lydiard that says we might consider everything, refuses to accept intervals during the aerobic build up block. Here you got, the question an open OF CONSIDERATION is NOT whether intervals or don´t. The Lydiard consideration is a closed one, if you want success, we might exclude intervals during the aerobic build-up block.
Or we all know that´s false. How many people did different tahn the 100miles and did intervals during the aerobic block and did the same or best success and did enhance their performances more than those that do Lydiard training.
And please, don´t keep on and on on say that Lydiard did accept intervals during the build-up block, because simply isn´t truth.
Do you understand the contradiction? Not yet ? If after what i say above you don´t understand or you disagree i can´t do nothing more for you, to save you from misunderstand, you are a lost case of training misunderstand. But the good news is that you aren´t the only one, there are many on this board.
