If you actually do diet and you lose 15 or more pounds by March I think the school record could definitely be in jeopardy.
The spaghetti and meat are fine. Meat is not bad for you like vegetarians or kooks like that would have you believe.
These are some foods you should try and incorporate into your diet:
Apples, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, oranges, etc
Lettuce on your sandwiches, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, peas, etc
Continue to eat meat to keep protein levels high and prevent stress fractures. Besides high intakes of fruit and veggies eat what tastes good as long as it is healthy. Meat, potatoes, rice, whatever you want.
Do not eat:
Any fast food, including pizza.
Any highly processed foods: Oatmeal cream pies, oreos, Reese's, Kit-kats, potato chips, etc (This list is pages long)
In a nutshell, if you think it's bad for you, it probably is. If it is drenched in butter, it's probably not something you want to eat.
It's all about the calorie deficit my friend. You will be hungry. But I'll bet even after just one month of eating like this you will already be significantly faster.
