Great choice. Texas Relays is the best relays in the world. Texas is one of the top 5 NCAA Athletic programs. Texas is one of the Top 3 Olympics and Worlds medal schools. Kyle, we can't wait to see you on campus.
not really worth the !! not so inside insiders knew about this mid December- http://www.tracktalk.net/showthread.php?t=9853
Who cares? He's not even good. The NCAA is so competitive now his sub 4 ability doesn't mean sh!t.

0/10
Wait... is this NOT really old news???
He'll come out of 5 years of school with an Ivy League (Columbia) sheepskin, a Masters in advertising and the cachet of running a sub 4 mile- a very marketable package when he enters the business world.
Expect to see him lower his 1500/mile PR this season and get a spot at the trials- another additional capfeather on the resume.
John Hayes is the mid/distance asst and a solid coach under Bubba Thornton who is ...well...Bubba.
Looks like Texas gets another transfer in Trevor Van Ackeren. He is a great 1500 runner it seems but is he a quality XC runner? If so, their XC could be pretty darn good next yr

Aw, someones sad they suck at running. You come back from a year long injury and break 4 in your first track season back. Let me know how that goes for ya. ;)

Wait are you serious? VanAckeren to texas?
Stilin to Texas also.
Right I forgot about Joe Stilin. Will he have an eligibility left for Outdoors? Or is just XC and Indoors? He's more of track athlete (specialized in mile/1500 right?)
What is Trevor Van Ackeren's eligibility? Texas released that he will be competing for Texas next yr.
Texas is pretty loaded next yr with mile runners. Will these two guy make an impact for Texas in XC?
Eligibility:
Merber XC/IN/OU
Van Ackeren XC/OU
Stilin IN
Van Ackeren
Merber
McGregor
4xmile looks good!
Isn't Blake shaw going to Texas as well. I thought I was told that last fall.

I also heard that, from a semi-inside source, for whatever it's worth
Seriously? How what's Blake Shaw's eligibility after this yr?
I heard that shaw is not going to Texas
Texas is loading up. Stilin just ran 13:38. They've got some studs coming in.
Who else is joining their squad next yr??? (in addition to all these transfer/graduate students). They could use Shaw in the 800 if it is true.
Daniel Vertiz is going to Texas as well. Stud Texas state high schooler this year. He will be a big impact player right away under Coach Hayes, just like Dohner and Lutz.
Emma Coburn to miss Olympic Trials after breaking ankle in Suzhou
Jakob on Oly 1500- “Walk in the park if I don’t get injured or sick”
VALBY has graduated (w/ honors) from Florida, will she go to grad school??
Congrats to Kyle Merber - Merber has left Citius for position w/ Michael Johnson's track league
