1. Wisconsin, too good up front and too good of a 5th to get beat. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to check the last 12th Big Ten results.
2. Indiana, a very very good team. They would be good enough to win in years past, but Wisconsin has it's best team since the 2005 national championship team
3. Minnesota, Mead and some guys no one has heard of, but they always are up there.
4. Illinois, they return everybody and the new coach ( a Mick Byrne former athlete) will get them fit and ready when it counts.
5. Michigan. The team looks a lot better than previous years, but are probably still a year or two away from doing anything.
6. Penn State, dawson and McNally will keep this team above water, but after that it's a slippery slope.
7. Ohio State, returns most of team, and have some really good track prs, but have to turn that into cross country
8. Michigan State, known for their pack, but if no one in the pack is any good then they will just be running slow together.
9. Purdue, won't be last, but still are pretty bad
10.. Iowa, they have Thode and no one else, I don't know what happen to this team, they use to be good
10. Nebraska, I don't think the track coach cares about xc.
