After taking an extremely long break from running, i decided to finally start up again in hopes to run the LA marathon next year. I have been running about 70-80 mpw, i have also been doing alot of weight lifting, cross traing and eating healthy. but from day one since i started back up, my sex life has not been the same. At times i fell to tired before, during and after sex, more so then before. sexual drive has went away as well, i have at times experienced erectile disfunction. Has anyone ever experienced this? am i training to hard? I dont feel exhausted from other daily chores, just when it comes to sex! any advice? please be mature about the topic, help me out and save me the trip to the doctors, thanks!
