Is this weekend. Predictions please. I say Tadesse to win with Mo Farah going 28.10ish. Should be quite a few Brits in the 29.15-29.30 bracket but not sure who is entered.

is this course fast?
what Brits are running this year?
Heard its fast cos you can cut a lot of corners. Hence so many Brits under 30 mins in last couple of years.
Not sure about that one.
It is fast though - Geb ran 27.25 a couple of years back.
The rankings suggest its the fastest 10k in Britain. There is a big track meet at L'Boro on same day but should still be plenty of sub 30s from Brits.
I reckon Kogo will take it,Tedesse is not in peak form at the moment going by his recent half marathon performance. It's a shame Wanjiru won't be there, there could have been fireworks.Mo farah could spring a surprise he's got the potential but lacks belief!as for women i reckon it will be a close one between propchuka and Jeptoo.
Yeah, I'm going with Kogo. I figure at his age, with his talent, he's going to get tougher to beat with every passing week. I agree that it's a shame Wanjiru won't be there. Does anyone here know what went wrong with his visa? Very strange to me that it didn't get resolved.
any results
oh it's sunday, sorry

"In the men's race, Kenyan Micah Kogo broke Haile Gebreselassie's UK all-comers' record by four seconds, finishing in a time of 27:24.
Britain's Mo Farah put in an excellent display to finish third in 28:07.
The 20-year-old Kogo, who was the world's fastest 10,000m runner on the track this season, held off a strong challenge from defending champion Zersenay Tadesse, who had to settle for second place."
Higlights are on bbc 1 or maby 2 at 40'clock ish...

I think one or two may be disappointed with their results e.g Dave Norman, Martin Williams, Richie Gardner and Johnny Mellor but some great performances like Si Deakin and Tim Don. Im not sure what sort of times Triathletes usually post for 10k but 29.31 seems remarkable for even Don!
don't want to upset anyone but is Jonny Mellor over racing? Just seems that he is racing almost every weekend without a real plan. Would like to see him take a few weeks of training/resting then hit a quality 5k- I just don't want to see him fried by June as he is a great talent
