All of these schools produces some seriously fast runners, but my question is, which school has the best injury record?

Colorado has the most injuries and Stanford wins the burnout contest.
Go with Arkansas or Adams State fr minimal injuries
Ark if you dont want to be on their team in 2 years
Colorado's injuries are the most high-profile, visible and thus blown out of proportion. You don't get a full appreciation for this until you have lived and run in Boulder.
It is great that the sport gets coverage, but CUXC verges on over-covered. The major newspapers in the area (that wouldn't give a crap about running elsewhere) have people like John Meyer and Mike Sandrock constantly hovering around CU practices taking notes when somone sneezes.
Add to the mix the fact that you have Running Stats and a host of second tier running media covering CU running all the time too.
Finally, there is the "3rd estate" : the shit-loads of runners in Boulder who post here and will update you by the minute concerning the latest scratch, blister or boo-boo that every runner has gotten in a season.
The result is that CU's injuries are amplified via sensationalism. Do they have injuries? EVERY good team that trains hard constantly walks the line of injury.
You just aren't going to hear about it in Alamosa and Fayeteville because outside of the teams...no one cares or is writing about it.
without siding strongly w/one team or another, wetmore, in an interview before nationals, did mention something to the effect of "this was the 1st year i can remember that the my top 7 at the beginning of the year were the same as my top 7 at the end". i realize that doesn't necessarily mean injuries, but i believe he went on to mention that as a specific reason.
His words at the team dinner the night before the race were,
"We are bringing the same top seven people to the line I expected to bring at the beginning of the year."
This version sounds a bit more focused in terms of intended message to me.
Least Injuries = Most Afraid of Risk

alright, i found the flocast interview i got it from.
direct wetmore quote:
"if someone had asked me what seven you would like to have on the starting line in november, it would've been this seven. in my experience that's a rare year. you get everybody healthy and fit for the NCAA championship."
do with it what you will.

Tell that to Withrow, Vaghn, Cragg (in Ireland this summer), etc
I think it's better to have 2 years of training at 90% than 4 months of training at 100% after several months off due to injury.

WTF is your point?!
arkansas takes amazing care of their runners. massage appointments, chiropractors, and a loaded training room. flocast should do a show at arkansas called pimp my runner. each locker has a PSP, plasma screen, hot meal dispenser. the showers got automated scrubbers. gatorade flows from the nozels. a soda machine that takes 4 quarters and in return it spits 20 dollar bills out at you. its a runners dream.
