Personal favorite is Ratatouille, but I surveyed my high school class (in hs, 2012) and Finding Nemo aggregated at the top. But that was a long time ago and they’ve released a lot of movies since then. I’ve pretty much grown out of them though so even though Coco is good, it’s still just a kids movie
"Up" is up there (pun intended). The first 10 minutes is the best of all of Pixar, and up there with the best of all film. The story and emotions conveyed in that first 10 minutes are Incredible (another pun for another Pixie movie that deserves mention).
Pixar is Disney, right? Maybe you mean digital as opposed to hand animated? Not sure... Anyway, Coco was very good. My personal favorite is also Ratatouille, followed by Toy Story and Finding Nemo. I did not like Finding Dory at all. So many good ones in the earlier 3rd of their portfolio (WALL-E, Incredibles, Up, Monsters movies...).
To the troll above who mentioned Luca... that is notoriously bad and basically a joke. Pixar needs a true return to form. Move back towards great storytelling and characters. Turning Red and Luca were awful. Inside Out was just depressing (but admittedly novel at the time). Adults liked that but most kids were like "wtf is this?".
Coco was Pixar's entry into the "animated musical" genre, dominated by Disney, and did it as well as any Disney film. Love to see them do another.

Pixar is under the Disney umbrella, but separate from Disney Animation Studios (Frozen, Zootopia, The Lion King, etc) - which most will just call Disney for short when comparing the two.

I had pretty mixed feelings about Inside Out. Kinda like Coco, it felt cheesy cause I was watching a kids movie, but both have a lot of heart and nice moments. I actually heard Luca was good but I haven't seen it. Not going to watch Turning Red ever. Pixar is Disney but it's a separate and stand alone studio. I think Disney has other studios but Pixar made a name for themselves with all their early stuff which is pretty much all good minus Cars.

Maybe. I haven't seen it in years, but found it very underwhelming compared to the hype it received, so I might be a bit biased. Maybe I'll have to rewatch at some point.
I wasn't trolling about Luca. Took my kids to see it in the theaters the other day (I think it was having a short-run in theater because it was released during 2021/covid).
Maybe it was because I was forced to pay attention, but I enjoyed the movie.
