Going to keep a log of my training as I try to break this barrier after a large amount of time off after injuries. Leave advice, criticize, I don't care. Going to log my last week and keep posting each week with updates. Currently just trying to build my aerobic base, the time off really sapped my fitness (2 months).

Tues 9/19 - AM: 2.65 @ 8:31/mi; PM: 5.5 @ 8:40/mi w/ 4x100m strides
Weds 9/20 - 5.35 @ 8:19/mi w/6x100m strides
Thurs 9/21 - 3.13 @ 8:28/mi
F 9/22 - 1 WU; 2.1 1:1 On/Off (6:25-6:30 ons); CD to 5. Shot for a moderate aerobic-feeling pace.
Sat 9/23 - 4.55 @ 7:57/mi
Sun 9/24 - 6.65 @ 8:24/mi
Weekly Total 9/18-9/24: 32.83 Miles
Goal is to keep easy runs in a low HR range, never really developed that area of my fitness in the past so running slow on these days is new to me. Going to keep up this slow aerobic phase with tempos/fartlek work and strides as I build my fitness levels up.
