Honestly no. He's amazing to watch and I'm in awe of his performances. But I wouldn't want to make the sacrifices he has. He lives like a monk. He doesn't consume alcohol. He wakes early to run every single morning. He performs basic chores in a simple environment. He stays at a training camp every week away from his wife and children. It is a life of sacrifices and commitment.
I couldn't do it. I love running, and I enjoy training and getting the best out of myself. But I also enjoy drinking a beer. I enjoy going out with friends. I enjoy eating pizza, ice cream, cake, etc without too much worry. I am in complete awe of Kipchoge, but I wouldn't be able to live his life to achieve what he has.
