We're going to talk about his great 2021 season and also what it's like to be quarantined in a hotel room for 2 weeks.
Post any questions you have for him here.

Nic Bideau said last year that Stewy ran 3:50 without running a single lap in under 60 second pace in training. Is speedwork overrated for milers? What workouts do you think are most critical for your success?
Stewy has been world class at 1500 -- but has run times in the 5000 and 10000 that suggest he could move up -- when will he make that decision of whether or not to stick with the 1500.
Would love to hear about the friendships or rivalries on the circuit for the top 1500 guys. Seems like there's a fair bit of camaraderie.
Also, what does he think of the emergence of Mohamed Katir?
Was he aware of Tim's injury issues during the season? Could he tell from how he was racing and his tactics?
How fast does he think he could run western states? Does he think he could beat Jim Walmsley course record?
Where did he get that awesome yellow singlet?
Stewie - how do you sit down with balls so big?
Could Stewy walk us through of training leading up to/prior to the Olympics?
What does that schedule look like and does he still not wear a watch when running easy?
What does he think of Norm McDonald’s tough stance on transgender competition in athletics?
Was the half marathon effort in the UK a one off or does he plan on expanding his range?
My favorite runner. Dude runs BALLS out.....
Stewy comes across like a top Aussie, who I want to support, but there is a shadow in my mind. I would like to know his stance on drug bans? He has openly dedicated wins to his former mentor and agent Maurie Plant. Was he aware that Maurie had been in the past banned from the sport for life, after he was caught trying to switch urine samples to allow an athlete to pass a test?
I’m sure you remember the moment you got caught by Cole Hocker, who signed a pro deal recently, in the last 100m of the 1500m final. What kind of potential do you see from him for next year and beyond?
What does his weekly mileage look like, curious how he balances mid-distance training with recent debut at Half Marathon, with relatively little experience in between (not a lot of 10,000m results/training it seems)?
What the actual hell is going on in Australia??? Stewie, do you feel like there is an alternative for you other than be locked in a hotel jail for 2 weeks? Like, could you volunteer to go hang out in the Northern Territory all alone so you could run and train?
Does Gjert Ingebrigtsen pay your rabbiting fees per DL race or is it an annual compensation, one time payment?
Ask him if he thinks his racing style is optimal for getting a win, or if he just likes going out fast even if it means other guys can outkick him.
How do you manage training volume/ hard efforts/ long runs when you were in the peak racing season where you raced A LOT? Surely something has to give. Also how were those 90 minutes runs on a track in tokyo?

Hahahaha
I think Stewey is friends with Jakob. Stewey runs like PRE - balls out, let the chips fall.....

Yes he does and that's why he's awesome. LOVE the fact he ran the Great North half marathon a mere 60 hours after the Diamond League 1500m final.
Hit the training questions hard.
I think everyone is pretty curious about how much threshold / aerobic work he is doing compared to hard track reps being a 1500m runner.
The whole no 400m under 60 sec thing. Was he doing 200's or 300's at 1500m pace?
-Pacing Joshua Cheptegei's 3K (world record attempt...) back in May: how did that come about? Is he friends with Cheptegei? His take on how much the pacing lights aid chasing fast times
-Is there an aspect of his training that prepares him to race at a high level so frequently and for such a long portion of the year
-How did he decide to run the 1500 in Tokyo instead of 5000
-Any plans to run another steeple (ran it at 2017 Worlds, 8:34pb)
