If a police officer comes to your house. What do you say? Lawyer. Do not answer a single question. Do not even say your name. Or even better. Say nothing. If they have a warrant they'll be forced to state it after your silence. In that case yes, comply. And only be silent or say lawyer.
This thread seems to have hit way too close to home for you bro
Taking to a minor that lied about their age online isn't a crime. If you sexted with anyone you met online and never met in person you are just an idiot.
You should download some dick pics of an adolescent and text those to people instead of pics of yourself (just to be safe).

I looked the investigator up and he seems legit. I had no knowledge whatsoever that she was a minor. Like I said, to even be on this website you must be 18. If this is real what are my chances of winning this case?
Lawyer up and report it to the police.
Unless you've been a naughty boy. In that case run like hell and change you name.
And don't do it again.
Sounds like a scam to me.
Lol. Fair point. As I was writing I realized I was being a little intense.
In truth in just really passionate about our rights and how officers manipulate citizens. Its not cool. I abhor police state and overreaching of power bs. I generally don't think they are a good solution in our society for a whole bunch of what they're tasked to deal with.

Generous, but not generous enough. There is enough angst in there to play on everyone's fears

There are few rights when it comes to the protection of minors.
A police state in protection of minors is necessary.
It stops predators.
No other explanations necessary.
It stops predators.
Thomas Jefferson was a preditor.

Step one whenever you get a cold call from someone claiming to be in law enforcement is to call back on the main line for their department. Step two, if they are in fact legit law enforcement, is to get a lawyer involved before you say a word to anyone if you are the target of the investigation. Beyond keeping you from saying something stupid to law enforcement, a good criminal defense attorney can do a lot to make sure that all your electronic media is properly preserved so you do not get dinged for obstruction of justice just because you set your emails to be deleted after 30 days, etc.
Listen to this guy.
It sounds like he has experience in this matter.
What does Thomas Jefferson have to do with anything?
I wasn't alive in the 1700-1800s.
I can't speak for what the colonists did.
I can speak for now.
Strong rendering of laws regarding minors in the country today protects minors from predators. We need those laws.

This actually happened to me. It was several years ago. I met someone through Craigslist. Went to her house. She suggested we shower together. I got in the shower with her and I was lathering her up real good. I think this part was part of a plan to go through whatever was in my pants by her cohorts. But I was already ahead of that as I left everything except like $5 in my car just to be safe. When we got out the shower, she suggested I massage her. I was massaging her buttocks and taking a good look at her good stuff. Then she started to stroke my penis. Then boom. Two women (one in 30s and another like in her 60s) bust into the room. The girl left the room right away and the 2 women kept saying how she is underage. Then they showed their bluff. They pretended to call her grandparents in NC to take her back or something because they can't control her. Then they demanded I pay for her air fair of like $700. I told them I am getting outta here. Then they pretended to call the police. I knew that was BS because no police would answer the call that quickly. I got dressed and left. The girl was like her mid 20s at least.
You sure it wasn't Borat and you are Rudy Giuliani?

the only way this scam works is if you've sent a bunch of d picks to random girls you have never actually met. so the original poster probably needs to reconsider how many d picks he has out there for random people because it's probably all dudes who may eventually try to scam you that are asking for them.
the rule on dic pix is... if the girl asks for dick pix.... its a guy.
I really hope you can solve everything. The internet is a very complex place, and it's really easy to be lied to and get scammed. I suggest you to use proper platforms next time, so you can be sure you won't have any problems. For example, using https://omegletv.chat/ , you can be sure that you won't get into the same situation because it's 18+ only.

It doesn’t matter how old you think she was , all that matters is how old she is. If you are sending Dick pics to a minor it’s a sexual misconduct offense in every state . You are probably looking at a year in jail and being a registered sex offender for life. The cops are probably getting a search warrant for your phone and computer . If they find any child pornography on it you are probably facing decades in prison .
Hear that? That's the sound of OP smashing his cell phone with a hammer.
Some of you creatures definitely have something to hide.
