I just ran an all-out mile today, and I ran the mile in 6:51 minutes. Still ridiculously slow given I have been training for over a year, but I have gotten a little bit faster.

I thought you were already a 6:00 - 6:30 guy to be honest so 6:51 is a bit disappointing but hey if it's a PR then congrats I guess.

My genetics just sucks for running. I am not improving as fast as normal people do.

Word on the street is that your training sucks. Sub-7 is honestly pretty good when you factor in how bad your training is.

How is my training bad?
You are faster and fitter than at least 98% of the North American population.
Good for you.

Poor in both quality and quantity, for the gajillionth time.
And you said on reddit just last week that you quit running, but if you actually set a new PR, congrats and good for you.

Well, according to some people on this board you are getting close to being able to run like Rafael Nadal.
Congrats. Set a new goal of 630.

I said I quit running out of frustration and emotions. I wasn't being serious, and I regretted posting that later on.
Well done. How has your training been leading up to this improvement?
That's fantastic. And you did it with an injury again!!!
Well done. You don't know where you'll end up so don't try to predict it.
You have serious problems. That’s such an unusual response even for a troll. You need to see a therapist.

Or you know, just think for a few seconds and read over what you wrote before hitting the reply/post/whatever button.
