It’s 1:25 am where I am and my family thinks I’m insane, but we may be witnessing the greatest marathon in history. Watching this on delay would be criminal. Witnessing running history….worth a lack of sleep. No brainer.

Kipchoge must have really high arches or really stiff feet. Not a tendecy for pronation either at forefoot or heel .

Forefoot pronation is often associated with supination at landing at midfoot.
