Belihu has the same running style as a guy running a four minute mile with regard to stride length and body positioning. Super impressive. The days of the shuffle shuffle stride are over now and that makes sense because when you’re running at 20 km/h the shuffle stride is less effective. The marathon has now become an extension of the 10,000 m and half marathon.
