Set it to Greece or Malta and go to the Olympic channel for an English language feed

All these 2:47 km in the first half build up some cushion, but getting a few 2:54-2:56km is slowing down. I remember his INEOS was 2:48 - 2:52 per km. But he doesn't have that pacers for the 2nd half.
