does Berlin have a women's only event or will they be mixed with the guys?

This was due to London being held in the fall again this year. London has 9 runners who are faster than D'Amato. NY has 4. And Berlin obviously focuses on the men's WR and is paying a lot of money to surround Kipchoge with high quality pacers.
But credit where credit is due. D'Amato is fast and is very much deserving of a top seed at a WMM.
