You need to adds to stats to back up your argument. Something like it has been proven that there is a .001% chance that he would be able to run that time or that the likelihood that he would not show up in any pictures is 1/100000. I don't have those stats in front of me, but they are in this thread.
That would really get them to pay attention if they knew that stuff.
I am looking for simplicity and brevity and will edit it accordingly. The beauty of photos is that they are worth a thousand words and are easily understandable. There is no need to make this more complicated than it really is using stats (and I am a #s/financial guy). The concept is easy to understand. 18,000 or so photos, none of Rossi on the course except for the finish line. Don't need stats for that. Don't need stats that that LVM didn't address that in their statement or address what proof they have that he ran it. It is their integrity at stake, not mine, not yours, not anyone else's.
You don't really get it do you? They are not interested in reviewing any real evidence. The decision was made on a purely political basis. You guys can sit here and pull hair out all day long solidifying facts, no one with decision making power cares to look at any of it.

There won't be enough evidence to prove he cheated at Lehigh. He could always just say everything fell into place and he had the race of his life and you can't really prove otherwise.
However, often the case with these narcissists is that being "nearly" caught somehow isn't a deterrent against future cheating attempts. Here's to hoping he wants to return to Boston, and slips up a little more this time around.
I told you guys back on page 2 that he wasn't going to be disqualified.
The guy is a cheater and a narcissist, but at this point you're letting him waste your time and get the better of you.
It's called dellusion

Not political.
Financial.
I'm guessing that the lawyers told them that there was no point in risking financial exposure to the corporation from a potential lawsuit.
Even if LVM was never going to lose, sponsors and charities do not like having their names associated with lawsuits.
My prediction is that you are wasting your time.Do you really think it will do any good? Do you think they've already considered everything in your post?
Get real, there was never going to be a lawsuit because 1) the RD had very broad powers to DQ him and 2) MR doesn't have that kind of money. This decision was the easiest and most politically effective way to deal with the issue. We're the only ones left caring... what I find even more funny is that hobby joggers will view the addition of mats as solely a tool to record their amazing splits ;) they don't care about extra controls

That's why he needs to put some stats or charts in there. Set your letter apart. Otherwise, it won't even get read. You need to grab your attention - stats, graphs, charts, something to differentiate it.
It's about time for youse to just move on. There is nothing more to see here.
Just like letters to senators, no one will read it
It's like the Hillary email issue, it's dead
you think they are going to all of a sudden dq him because you wrote them a letter?

2nd draft is now going to have charts and graphs.
It's just a matter of time.

Hi Mike
Hi GregTR
Thanks for this candid post, Mike. Truly shows that you exude class beyond the capacity of anyone in this board. Looking forward to your triumphant comeback as well!
That letter will never be opened. This issue died a long time ago. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that soon we'll see an article by a reputable news agency clearing him of any wrongdoing.
1/10 for persistence

Where was this guy weeks ago when the Via said they were going to look into the matter. The time to put pressure on them was before they made their decision, not after. It's just too late now. They've moved on and so must we.
Thanks, buddy. My comeback may be on hold for a while - the CIA has asked me to do some top secret spy stuff. I'm willing to do it because America needs my help.
Hey, I'm having my friends over tonight for a BBQ - want to spin by and meet me, my gorgeous wife and darling kids?
It's going to be quite a party. I had a personalized BBQ chef's apron made up - it has a picture of me holding a mic in one hand and a burger flipper in the other. It says, "At the Grill, Rossi is the Bossi!"
I'm Mike Rossi.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
