6.8 speed = 14.7 seconds, which is about a 6-minute mile equivalent.
At any rate, it's almost 2.0s faster than the 6 speed from HS, 2 decades later.
I guess this proves that Yoga really does make you faster.
P.S. What shoes did she wear?
How does 6.8 speed = 14.7 seconds?
What does 6.8 speed even mean? Is she trying to imply she slashed the female would record by almost 4 seconds and ran 100m in 6.8 seconds?
Dude, can you even math? It's just basic units, like in physics.
speed = distance / time
Or more formally: speed (per second) = distance / time (in seconds)
100 distance / 6.8 speed = 14.7 seconds
100 distance / 6 speed = 16.7 seconds (HS)
As she said, here the distance is in meter yards (dashed).
