If you just look at his face his looks 30s, but if you just look at his body he looks like he is 50. Weird.

Ryan forgot some scripture.

I don't know how anyone could look at his body and not think 1:12 was fast.

I don't get how Malmo does not comprehend this. Malmo only thinks in performances relative to age and the athlete's past performances. He fails to factor in current lifestyle choices...etc.
He looks terrible in that photo. and should put a shirt on to cover up all that fat.
Serious question - how does Ryan Hall justify his vanity with his religious beliefs? Would Jesus get ripped, take a selfie, and post it on Instagram?

No, He lets other folks do that for him.

That was an odd statement from the nameless one. Hall had plummeted to around a 2:20 level while still having his runner physique so a 1:12 at near 40 pounds heavier and diminished training would be remarkable.
I wonder what he thinks of Stember's sub 18 attempt. Probably contend that Stember was never World Class.
I believe it was from Sara's IG but she said his goal was to actually train then pace her in future Marathon...

Wow. He is shredded, but also looks bigger than 167 I think.
With proof of the run this would be kind of impressive. Not many guys who look like that and run like that.
Not sure if it is the angle but his biceps look huge and his pecs are small.
Come on dudes............

Easy to have big guns when you press your arm into your side.
He knows the art of the picture angle.
Please stop believing he's some kind of special lifting snowflake. He's remarkably avg for anyone with the desire to get strong + good genetics to get and stay lean.

Holy crap, that is some serious muscle for a former skinny guy. Protein shakes and discipline do wonders.
He had low testosterone as a runner. I guarantee you this isn't just protein shakes and discipline. Needles are involved, too. And that's fine for a retired pro who needed to fix a health issue.
