CICO is the only equation that works. Everything else is noise.
I guarantee you that you'll never gain weight if you do the following:
1) 10k steps daily
2) No eating past 7pm
3) nothing fried
4) no bread / pasta (non fruit / veggie) carbs after 12pm
5) no snacking
6) 3 meals a day
7) less than 4 drinks a week (wine only for simplicity)
its not rocket science. Smoke and mirrors / compexity is created to make an industry (AKA consulting, $$$, etc) out of it. Don't be so stupid people.
I've never heard "tyroid" and "fat" in the same sentence so many times...yet all these people with "tyroid" issues also talk to me about their microbeer / foodie hoobies.
1. I cover 15K steps daily.
2. I never eat after 7 p.m.
3. I never eat fried anything.
4. I never eat bread/pasta, or fruit, other than blackberries sometimes in the a.m. (fewer than 10).
5. I don't snack.
6. I eat three meals a day.
7. I don't drink.
And I ate one small white flour tortilla shell with a burrito Saturday at lunchtime. I was up 1.5 pounds Sunday, and this a.m. My weight was static for 11 weeks previously, now I am up 1.5 pounds, and the only change in activity or food has been one small white flour tortilla shell.
