He's a computer nerd, not a biologist. Who cares?

Well, I for one don't believe the pythagorean theorem ... I'm not a mathematician but it doesn't feel right so I don't believe it.

There's definitely some overlap in the fields. Computer nerd Francis Crick discovered DNA
i have a simple rue if someone's judgement is bad enough to marry their cousin then they probably should not be take seriously and atheist can not explain how something comes fro nothing they wont answer that question just try to ask a different question.

No he didn't.
What an amazing article. What an amazing and scientifically based argument. How can it be refuted beyond "nuh uh".
What is most interesting, beyond the evidence that Darwinian Evolution is basically impossible based on science, is how he describes the Darwinist community as being more "religious" and "dogmatic" than the religious community. In other words, most of the scientific world, when it comes to Darwinian Evolution, is taking a radical emotional response, not a logical, scientific, reasoned approach.

Hi, TAA!
He completely lost me with several points, e.g. a) mutations are necessarily fatal and b) intelligence design is a serious argument.
Mutations take place constantly in every organism. Some are passed on.

I see that science is no longer being taught in American schools.
I used to be agnostic. Now I am not so sure anymore.
I'm not an agnostic - one who doesn't know - or an atheist - one who doesn't believe anything. I believe and know that the concept of a "god"is half-baked nonsense.
Religions pretend to believe a bunch of vague hocus-pocus, then throw in claims to have invented basic humanities like wisdom and good behavior. It's a cheap trick and a disgrace that most people fall for it.

What’s the correct label for somebody like me... I can’t muster the energy to claim any interest in the idea of religion or spirituality. I neither believe nor disbelieve because the question doesn’t interest me in the least. You might say that makes me atheist, but I refuse that label because I don’t disbelieve in (a) spiritual being(s), rather I refuse to bother myself about the idea and use mental energy forming an opinion or belief.
I will say what I DO believe about religion, which is that it is at the root of nearly all evil in this world, which is an unintended consequence of creating a codified system of belief and behaviour with the objective of promoting good.

And after that you all talk as if you are really serious about this stuff?
About a week ago my wife......come here quick ?(almost screaming)....so I go running into the kitchen, on the wall.........a camel spider......only the second one I have ever seen in person (Central Cali). Talk about a scarey looking little monster there it is. I wanted to keep it, nope, it was........kill that thing. I hated to do it, but..........
So we are suppose to believe that thing and that dog over there and my parrot origins can all be traced back to some little fishie thing that crawled out of an ocean.?
That is as hard to believe as .....in the beginning He.........
I do believe something is responsible for all this but have no idea what. DNA???
The idea is that you allow things enough time, variations will unfold. Creatures adapt to new environments and climates. Interesting stuff. It is hard to imagine a sea floor slug evolving into a soaring eagle but we are talking about billions of years, not just millions.
I will be going to church later this morning. We and God will be praying for this fallen world and will continue the work started by his Son to reclaim and fix it in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
