7 months later and I'm almost there. Just ran 16:01 on a hilly road 5k.
Sub-15 seems a lot closer than I thought it would be, but I'll focus on getting those next few seconds before that.

Excited. Surprised at how easy it is. If I've learned anything in this process, it's the importance of learning to -relax- at goal pace. I grew up thinking it was a matter of grit and will, when in fact it's truly technique and training.
