Are your parents and friends poor people? Why are you getting pizza every night instead of going someplace nice for your birthdays?

There was a binge thread here a couple days ago that might help you out.

My birthday was in March my friends just want to celebrate it on the 17th of June.
We aren't getting pizza every night. When my family does I try my best to make an excuse to avoid it. Like I could just have dinner at my neighbour's house while everybody else eats pizza or something.
No we aren't that poor. I deliver catalogues and get paid money.
what's a thoner?

But the question is don't pro runners eat healthy food too?
Yeah Ok pizza once a term or an occasional party is Ok for me but not 3 days with junk food. It's too much for my body to take in.
I'm sure pro runners only eat junk about once a week or something because it's not like you can have one packet of chips a day or something.
Nope, I don't skim through posts. I can run a 4:57 1500 so it's pretty good with what I eat.

Can you not buy a few bags of nuts and eat those instead? High calorie, healthy, readily available and cheap.
yeah, I always try to be healthy. Even when I go to restaurants with my family I order nothing and my parents force feed me mashed potato ( one of the healthier things at a restaurant but it has butter in it)
Probably I'd be the only one eating the nuts at a party. Nuts are delicious.
But that's not healthy.
Butter is good for you, especially if it's from grass-fed cows.
There are most likely plenty of things in a restaurant that are fine to eat, fish dishes for example.
Sitting there and having nothing is pretty much disordered.

I agree 100% with this. Cathy, when I’m in a restaurant, I just order whatever sounds good to me, without worrying about whether it’s “healthy”. Nachos are my favorite.
What kinda.pizza do they have over in Kiev?
Just because you CAN eat junk food for 3 days, it doesn't mean that you HAVE TO eat junk food for 3 days.
It's your choice if you want to be obese and diabetic in 20 years or not. It's a choice you have every day.

I’m not completely familiar with the diet of pro runners but these guys are burning a massive number of calories per day (4000+). I imagine they will supplement their diet with “junk food” quite regularly, several times a week.
Anyway, calling it junk food is a bit misleading. It’s merely food that has a low nutritional value as a ratio to the number of calories it contains.
While you won’t need quite as much to eat as the elite, if you run several times a week you need to ensure you are eating enough calories.
It’s honestly quite concerning that you are stressing about three days worth of eating. Does it matter in the grand scheme of things? ABSOLUTELY F**KING NOT!
So chill out and stop worrying so much about the tiny details of what you eat, because you are well on your way to getting an eating disorder. As long as you have a varied, balanced diet, it’s OKAY to eat some “junk food” every week.
I’m conclusion, stop posting neurotic, annoying threads complaining about extraordinarily insignificant aspects of your diet, and go have some pizza & donuts ? ? !
Nobody is forcing you to eat the yummy party food. You could always BYOF.
Double-double! You got trolled and then made a fool of yourself!
Good luck on Thurday. PB maybe?
To make things worse I also just remembered I have the zone Athletics carnival on 18th and 19th and my friends still aren't being kind and considerate instead they don't care to change the date for my party. I agree that one cookie or pizza isn't gonna matter in the big picture and I do get what you're trying to say but I think I'll run slower if I eat junk food so I don't really want to risk it.
I don't know how much calories I need but the good thing is I'm skinny so I'm not fat and that's all that matters. So I'm probably getting enough calories.
Pizza and doughnuts I will eat them sometime one day but I don't know when. Maybe at the end of the year I might.
Nachos are pretty good. I've had them 3 times in my life. Sometimes but rarely when I know I don't have to run on the same day or do races then I might order whatever sounds good.
