Just use it as fuel to run more. Bill Rodgers ate mayo covered pizza quite often.

I know right. My friends aren't helping either. They don't care about my healthy diet. Eating junk for 3 days is practically impossible for me. But I can't stay home from school.
My friend got quit sick eating a mall salad . it had some kind of issue with the sausage toppings.
You need new material.
She started the same thread last year and prior to that you started your dumb thread about having to eat pizza.
Go get your vibrator out from your chest of drawers and spend time with that instead of posting here.
Can you not buy a few bags of nuts and eat those instead? High calorie, healthy, readily available and cheap.

yeah, I always try to be healthy. Even when I go to restaurants with my family I order nothing and my parents force feed me mashed potato ( one of the healthier things at a restaurant but it has butter in it)
Probably I'd be the only one eating the nuts at a party. Nuts are delicious.

This is literally a non-issue. Just enjoy the pizza and the parties. I promise it won’t affect your running.
Side note: You shouldn’t feel sick from eating pizza. Do you think you could possibly be lactose-intolerant?

But seriously, i'm faster than you'll probably ever be (unless you are a future Hellen Obiri, which ain't gonna happen with that borderline eating disorder), and I eat a lot of sugary "junk food" on top of a balanced diet. As long as you are getting the vitamins and stuff you need (ok fine, that won't happen if you SUBSIST off mcdonalds), you can eat whatever you want, sugar-wise, as long as you're burning the calories off running.
If you won't listen to me, then listen to these guys. Pro runners, who dedicate themselves to competing, eat a lot of junk food. Yes. In case you are just skimming through this post, PRO RUNNERS EAT JUNK FOOD (lots of it).
