Sorry oh wise one.
Take a sedative and have a good lie down, when you wake up things just won't seem as bad as they do now, trust me.
Maybe you could get FM to run a 24-hour, since it would prove your point.

Even Ed Whitlock and Gene Dykes, who actually look the part, would struggle to do that trio of runs. What say you Gene?
Poor old Rod, he's really getting his knickers in a knot, unable to differentiate between "would struggle" and can't/couldn't.
FM took a heavy sedative before those photos, I agree.
Rods just a bit snappy because he cant have Genes baby ?
I am still convinced that there are two trolls posting as Rod
Or one schizophrenic Rod...
Derek-I'll donate 50 bucks for every FM DQ you get.
So the guy typically ran with a bib belt, two watches, a phone, a hat, sunglasses, and at least one extra garment, either a jacket or a second shirt. That's an awful lot of crap to carry.
Sounds like an ultrarunner.
Based on the circumstances of this situation, why would this particular individual cheat? It does not make sense.
It doesn't appear to be for attention, as this runner received almost none. He could've informed newspapers/media outlets and created press releases that, given the gravity of the time run and appealing nature of the content (old guy crushes marathon time and defies aging), surely would've been picked up. That doesn't appear to have happened.
He didn't seem to bring a cheering section to the race to inflate his ego, or post a bunch if stuff on social media.
Further, he seems to be living a fulfilling life with a successful practice, volunteer work, and coaching. Doesn't seem to have any type of financial motive to cheat.

He boasts about it on his work page and he's getting plenty of kudo for it at Loyolah High School where he is xc/distance coach. You must new/slow if you don't know by now that people cheat left, right and center for much less ostensible gain than Furtive Frank has achieved. Visit Marathon Investigation if you want to be illuminated in that respect.

It’s almost like he is throwing out false clues to distract people. Either that or he’s just a confused individual that struggles with reasoning.

This thread is both good and bad. Good for obvious reasons. Bad because now Meza will never run a legit race again. Would’ve been nice for all this to be on the down low so he could have surreptitiously been caught red handed. Oh well. There’s enough proof already.
Yes, so you agree with the poster above you, correct????????since you just repeated what he or she said.

This is normal in these long LR cheating threads, there tends to be a hiatus in new revelations about the subject cheater so things goes off on a tangent where the posters start arguing amongst themselves and most of the cheater threads have one or more Roderick Powell's to keep things ticking over until more news arrives. But I agree, when it comes to Frank, Rod doesn't seem to know if he's Arthur or Martha, so your second sentence applies.
Once Derek releases his article on Marathon Investigation we should all be able to get back to the core business of the thread and it'll be a case of welcome back my friends to the show that never ends.
I've moved on to The Pasadena Half. Has anyone been able to determine the exact location of these photos? More than just being after 15k?
